The deadline for next year’s Ip-Art Award for Visual Art is fast approaching – November 1st, 2010.
For those of you that don’t know about this prize, it’s a fantastic opportunity to develop your career as a local visual artist with a £500 bursary plus gallery/exhibition space at Town Hall Galleries in Ipswich, curatorial support and publicity also provided in-kind.
The competition is open to artists under 35 or recent graduates (past five years) with Ipswich or Suffolk connections.
Last year’s winner was Matthew C Applegate, aka Pixelh8, who will be one of three judges for this year’s prize.
Good luck and let us know if you win!
