Again, when walking the UCS campus at night, you can’t help but notice the tall, eerie chimney. An artwork is currently being installed on the chimney and on the Waterfront Plaza (which will be released to the press soon !), but as an initial response, I made this photo graphically red as I imagine the screen would flash red words when it’s turned on.
