By registering at this site you agree not to post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, or that violate any laws. We will permanently ban all users who do so.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or move any messages or posted Content for any reason.

Contributions

We are delighted to receive your contributions to our forums, chat rooms and the like but only on the basis that:

  • you accept that they may be monitored;
  • you accept that we may exercise editorial control over them and may decide not to allow publication at our absolute discretion;
  • you warrant to us that all such contributions are lawful and not obscene, offensive, defamatory or infringe any rights of any third party and that you will indemnify us in respect of any breach of that warranty;
  • you warrant to all us that all content that you submit will be accurate, truthful and not misleading in any way;

IP1 does not claim any ownership rights in any Content that you submit, post, or display on or through the IP1 website. After posting your Content you continue to retain ownership of your content and have the right to use your Content in any way you choose.

By submitting, posting or displaying any content through the IP1 service, you hereby grant IP1 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform and publically display your Content solely on and through the IP1 website, IP1 magazine and in all current and future media in which IP1 projects may now or hereafter be distributed or transmitted.

Without this license IP1 would not be able to provide the services found on the IP1 website. For example without the right to modify your Content, IP1 could not be able to resize thumbnails of images posted on our website. Without the right to publically perform Content, IP1 could not allow users and members to listen to the music posted on our website.
