Bitter Bump

I was floating through space to see if you were there
I was searching through time to see if you were still mine
I’ve lost my love, she’s been washed away by a tidal wave of tears and there’s nothing I can do

I’ve tried my best, doesn’t seem like my best will do

My princess has left her throne now my sweet friend
She has cut sharply through and out of my kneeling kingdom

I’ve lost my love, she’s drowned in an ocean of our tears
I tried swimming for a while,
Stayed a float by treading the water

‘I’m very sorry madame, I loved her so, yet I seem to have lost your daughter.’

Lemon juice spills into my blood stream
My heart pumps out a bitter bump
