Shimmy your way to fitness and fun! Bellydancing is a great way for women to get fit, have fun, and gain body confidence. From 16 to 65, for women of all ages and sizes, bellydancing can be a great and rewarding exercise and art form.

WEEKLY CLASSES EVERY THURSDAY EVENING, MILLENIUM SPORTS PAVILLION, KESGRAVE, IPSWICH. Classes will include an hour and a half of instruction(with warm-up, mid-break and cool-down). Classes will be every Thursday evening, starting at 7pm, £5.  Student discount - £4 per class upon presentation of student card.  Dance card available - buy 7 lessons, get the 8th lesson free! Good for an entire year from the date of purchase. Drop in to join in any class!

Naia enjoys dance of all kinds, but especially loves the fluidity and movement of bellydancing.  Naia is available for solo public performances, as well as group dances subject to availability. She also offers beginner’s bellydance private tuition at £10 p/hour, or £5 p/person for a group of three or more people. Women of all ages and sizes welcome!
