This exciting FREE personal and development programme taking place in the summer holidays is a chance to:

- Meet new people and make new friends
- Build confidence and self esteem
- Meet inspirational sporting champions
- Build a CV by gaining skills that employers crave

It includes:

- Taster day to find out more about the programme
- Week away to Lee Valley, Hertfordshire for a week packed full of team building, problem solving and challenging outdoor activities
- A residential in Stowmarket to plan a community project
- Running a community project that you choose
- A Celebration event to showcase your achievements

You will also come away with plenty of certificates which include:

- Basic First Aid Certificate
- Peer Education Certficate
- BCU Paddle Start Award
