Come and see computer games being made before your very eyes!
The Global Game Jam comes to Suffolk, 27th to 29th January 2012 at UCS School of Arts. The Global Game Jam (GGJ) is the world’s largest game jam event occurring annually in late January. GGJ brings together thousands of game enthusiasts participating through many local jams around the world. GGJ is a project of the International Game Developers Association (IGDA).
Forty students will be participating in the event at University Campus Suffolk, including students on the UCS Computer Games Design course, as well as students from other institutions in the region.
If you would like to come along and find out more about how games are made and see the how student games designers and programmers put their skills into practice, then you are welcome to visit during the event.
We are based in Arts Building at UCS, Ipswich, and there will be open access for visitors as follows
:
Saturday 28th January 10:00 am to 3:00pm
Sunday 29th January 10:00 am to 2:00pm
