I completed a BA(Hons) Art and Design: graphic media at Colchester Institute and then went on to obtain an MA in illustration from Camberwell college of arts, London. I work mostly with ink, doing etching and monoprinting mixed with collage, but also draw with pencil and paint. My work often has quite a bizarre subject matter as I find the process and concentration involved in drawing occupies the functional part of my brain, which, for me, then allows the subconscious to flow, uninhibited.
