A small tribute to pork scratchings, they dont get as much press as they deserve, and im trying to rectify that.

or better express
Theres nothing quite matching
the classic pork scratching
Its invention, divine
The taste of pork rind
The inventor is a legend and deserves a mention

And the pork that is salted and the barley that is malted
Is a classic combination that should be exalted

And with that i’d just like to say that i adore
The taste of salted, deep fried vein clogging pork.
